CandlesCustom Order Policy for God’s Words 2 Me LLC

At God’s Words 2 Me LLC, we are pleased to offer custom candle creations for our customers. To ensure a smooth process and to secure your custom order, please review the following terms:

1. Custom Order Request To begin a custom order, please reach out to us at contact@godswords2me.com or through our website’s custom order form with your request. Provide as many details as possible, such as fragrance preferences, color, design, quantity, and any other specifications.

2. Custom Order Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the custom order. The deposit ensures that your order is reserved, materials are sourced, and production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your order before shipping or delivery.

3. Custom Order Confirmation Once we receive your custom order request and deposit, we will provide you with a confirmation email outlining the details of your order, including estimated completion time and total cost. Please review all details carefully and confirm that everything is correct. If there are any changes or corrections, notify us promptly.

4. Changes or Cancellations

  • Changes to the Order: After the deposit is made, changes to the order may be possible, but they are subject to approval and may result in additional costs. Please contact us as soon as possible if any adjustments are needed.
  • Order Cancellation: Since custom orders are personalized and made to your specifications, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of the initial deposit. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable, and the order cannot be canceled.

5. Completion and Final Payment

  • Once your custom candles are completed, we will notify you and provide an invoice for the remaining balance. The remaining 50% is due before we ship or deliver your custom candles. If the balance is not paid within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit.
  • If the order is for a local delivery or pickup, the remaining balance must be paid before the order is delivered.

6. Delivery or Pickup

  • Shipping: Custom orders will be shipped to the address provided once full payment has been received. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or issues.
  • Local Pickup/Delivery: If you choose local pickup or delivery, we will arrange a date and time once the order is completed and the remaining balance has been paid.

7. Refunds and Returns Custom orders are made specifically for you and, therefore, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Please inspect your custom candles upon receipt. If there are any issues, contact us within 3 days of delivery to resolve the matter.

8. Production Time The estimated production time for custom orders is typically Two (2) to Four (4) weeks from the date the deposit is received, depending on the complexity of the order and our production schedule. We will keep you informed of any changes or delays in the production timeline.

9. Liability and Responsibility Once the custom candles are shipped, the responsibility for any damages or losses during transit is transferred to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for high-value custom orders.
