Hey you!!
Who is feeling like you’re holding on to a train wreck call life…hang in there because the light is at the end of the tunnel.
You who is holding on to your little mustard seed of faith to get you through your day…God said that you can move mountains with that faith as long as you continue to hold on to it and not let go.
You who is comtemplating on giving up and throwing in the towel…God said to keep pressing because there is a greater reward for you at the end.
You who is carrying all the burdens of this world on your shoulders…God said to cast your cares upon him because he is your burden bearer.
You who was told that you weren’t good enough…God said that you are more than enough for you were beautifully and wonderfully made by him.
You who is struggling to keep it all together…God said to let it go and allow Him take the driver’s seat for once.
You who is lonely…God said to lean on him as he is your friend, and he will never leave you nor forsake you because you are everything to him.
And, you who is feeling helpless…God said to trust in him with all your heart, and he will direct your path for all things will work together for your good…DON’T GIVE UP!!
For it is imperative that you remember that you have a savior that can be all things to you if you open your heart to him. So, for whoever you are in this very moment, just know that whatever you are going through, God has already worked it for your good because he is in control. The only thing he is asking from you is to hold on just a little while longer and to trust in him. For there is nothing in this world that is greater than Him…No trouble, trials, or obstacles that we face cand measure up to power and sovereignty of God.
YES, I know holding on may sound like a very cliche statement, but it is possible. By taking one day at a time, being strong and putting your trust in Him, you will overcome.
He didn’t guarantee us that this life would be easy and without any suffering, but he did promise us a Comforter that would give us peace and joy through it all. But to gain access to the Comforter, you have to go to the source of your being, and you will find him. For the scriptures tell us in Jeremiah 29:13 that if, you will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart”. So, give it a try today, and you will see how much your peace you will have in the midst of it all and how much it will surpass even your own understanding.
And lastly, to end I want to leave you with this last scripture to help you hold on to during thosemoments when you are feeling like you want to let go. It said to:
“Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints”. (Ephesians 6:10-18, KJV)
So don’t worry about tomorrow, for it will provide for itself, and besides God got you.
Even if you are feeling like you are sinking in this life, remember that God is holding you up and you are just feeling the remancence of what he’s really blocking from you!!
